MANTRA MOMENT DAILY - presently on hold

MANTRA MOMENT DAILY is a 15 minute breather every day. Whether you’re in your car, in the office, waking up or going to sleep, you can join Nadav daily on zoom to take a pause, come together and go within to find delight and respite in your day with a moment of guided mantra meditation.

Monthly practice is subscription based. Drop ins are always welcome by donation. A portion of proceeds will go direct to Green Sakthi’s incredible environmental work.

MANTRA MONDAYS is a regular mantra meditation group that runs every single Monday night at 7:30pm (AEST). This class goes for 1hr and 15 mins and will help deepen your practice and clarify new concepts. This week we are resuming in person live sessions at a private yoga room in Sydney or join us on zoom.
